Reverend Harrison joined us on April 1st, 2022.
Sarah LaTrell Harrison, affectionally known as Rev. LaTrell, is a native of rural South Carolina. She is an avid reader and aspiring author. She has a great appreciation for the arts and spends her free time creating monologues, specifically unnamed and “notorious” women from biblical narratives.
Some of her interests include spiritual disciplines, liturgy, ecumenism and justice. She is a proud graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, Payne Theological Seminary and Candler School of Theology (Emory). She has served the CME, AME, UMC, PC(USA), Episcopal Church, and UCC congregations. She promotes beloved community as a spiritual practice and enjoys spending time visiting quaint bookstores.
